I have looked all over for my Adams car care kit that I have not found. It is included in the 1295.00$ safety package I would like to have that. Overall experience went well and thank you so much for a great buy on the truck I was looking for. I actually drove 900 miles one way for this truck.

Overall my experience was very good even though I was anxious, angry and frustrated that the vehicle I just purchased had such extensive issues. NOTE: Truck was purchased from a GM dealership in Broussard LA. I appreciate the fact that Best Chevrolet service team (Josh, techs, and other staff) were methodical, thorough and thoughtful in making the rework repairs, then checking the results before handing off to me. As you mentioned, I hope I never have problems related to that issue for the life of the truck going forward. As explained, I understand the issue with the tailgate didnt resolve itself and that the service department ordered the parts necessary to address the lock/unlock failure to respond with the key fob. One other item I ask to be addressed is replacement of the backup assist camera on the tailgate as view/clarity is not good at all. The ladies at the service counter were friendly, easy to converse with, and we shared some laughs. They provided great information for ordering GM parts and receiving them with free shipping to Best Chevrolet. I apologize I can't think of the young man's name, but the week prior to truck being ready, I needed my tools and a key from the truck. This young man was so polite and helpful. He didn't have immediate access to the truck when I first arrived, but made sure to have them for me a few hours later when I returned and even loaded them in the loaner vehicle for me. He lightened my load spiritually that day as he was heading back in with "thank you sir and God bless you." His open faith really blessed me. Josh explaining the warranty and paymemt process helped ease my concerns. The only outcome I don't like is that the warranty company refused to reimburse the $115 3% card fee. That for me negates have a zero deductible. In closing, I will feel very confident in giving Best Chevrolet more business and a 5⭐ rating at the conclusion of addressing the tailgate and camera issues. Had an appointment but due to so many walk ins my appointment got pushed back. We make appointments for a reason. People who walk in should get a 2-3 hour window of oil being done. Service people should put pause on walk ins once an appointment comes through. It makes no sense for us busy people who makes appointment for a reason and no get serviced. Receptionist knew I was upset and puts me through an advisor which by rights should been service manager. To this day I never got call back since I called Thursday the 14th. Terrible service department will never go there for service.

My vehicle was towed to shop. I was called at the end of the week and advised I needed a new transmission and brakes. I went in person to get a print out of the total for repairs which I was quoted $8400 and mind you I was provided this total in writing. I thought about for a week and advised they could complete repairs. When I was called to let me know my vehicle was ready, I was quoted over $800 more. I was livid. When I advised of the print out they provided me but claimed they could not honor and when I asked for a manager, they claimed he was not available. I needed my vehicle and at this point they had my truck for over a month. After driving my truck for 3 days, the check engine light came on. I have never had such a horrible experience when getting repairs @ my normal shop in the area where I live. I only brought my truck to Best Chevrolet because I was visiting New Orleans over that weekend. And boy that was a huge mistake:(

I brought my Equinox in for a Oil Change and Rotation. Waited 1 1/2 hours and when I got in my car noticed that my tires were not rotated. I had 1 tire lower (driverside front) than the others. Not only did they not rotate the tires but they also didn't check tire pressure. I then had to wait an additional 20 minutes while they did the rotation.

Bought my truck a month ago. I’ve only driven the truck 2 days and the rest of time it’s been in service.

My experience with scheduling and the services received was very easy. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable (about my needed services) and most of all helpful.

I paid for an oil change and tire rotation at Best Chevrolet, expecting both services to be completed as promised. However, when I went to pick up my truck, I quickly realized that the tires had not been rotated. Concerned about the oversight, I approached the mechanic who brought my truck around and explained the situation. Unfortunately, he seemed unaware of the issue and told me that I would need to take it up with "them," referring to the service department. Frustrated by his lack of assistance and the fact that I would have to resolve the mistake myself, I decided it was best not to return to Best Chevrolet for future services.

Darren was fabulous and got us in and out. They worked with our budget and gave me a fair price for my trade in. Cannot recommend enough.

Chris was very knowledgeable about his product. I have never bought a diesel truck before and he talked me through the differences.

Quick and friendly

I arrived at 830am and left at 445pm. Two hoses that are part of my cooling system along with both front and rear breaks were repaired. It wasn't until Rhonda Thommasie arrived, that she ensured the mechanic was progressing as he should. My service advisor communicated with me but it was all very vague responses making sure he didn't commit to anything. Almost like he was going to get in trouble if he made a commitment to me that could not be met. So I spent over 8hrs there. I'll never make the mistake of letting another service advisor assist me, other than June. She will be my only POC going forward, she has always displayed the communication to me in previous visits. I can't judge the service department based off this experience, because this has been the only time something like this has occurred.

Service department was its usually great self! However, the new salesman with the bad credit rating who drives a Ford who approached me in the waiting room was a bit much. I get the "captive audience" angle, but the sales pitch and life story was uncalled for.

I had to wait several days for service which means I had to pay for a loaner car since I don't have a second car. The guys said they ran tests on the vehicle and couldn't find anything wrong. The service battery and check engine line periodically come on after the alternator was repaired back in September. Even after they sent the car back to me, the lights still come on periodically. I'm not sure what is wrong but this car is just 3 years old and should not be having these kinds of issues.

The truck purchase went extremely smooth, I was in and out in near record time.

Our salesman, financial manager and the man that explained the operation of our new vehicle, were very polite and helpful. The sales manager on the other hand was rude and very insulting. He commented that we were putting down money for the purchase of our vehicle which we financed through our CU “we would require you to put down money to get finance it with us”. He had no idea that we had requested the large down payments to reduces our notes. Also when we advised him that we were not paying what he was asking for he committed “can’t believe you will miss a deal for $250”, we responded you missing it for $250 why don’t you give in, he stormed out of the office speaking under his breath (very unprofessional). We finally finish making the deal with our salesman and never saw the sals manager again (we assumed, he was too embarrassed to face us and realized that if he would treat people nice we can come to an agreement we are all happy with).

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. The windshield fluid was bone dry when I brought it in and was bone dry when I picked it up. Last time you all forgot to rotate my tires. I had a 1:00 pm appointment set and got there at 12:45 pm they didn’t take me until after 1. I purchased a package of 3 oil change and tire rotation and what should I do have taken maybe an hour I didn’t get out of there until after 3 that I had to leave work for that long when it should have been an hour. Then I get back home to check to see if my tires were rotated and they definitely did not rotate them so what I paid for they didn’t even do and took way too long to do. Very disappointed with this service at the dealership

I was disappointed. Evidently no one popped the hood or they would’ve seen the huge gash in the air intake hose. Instead they quoted me $5000 for a new transmission. At under 37,000 mileage.

Everyone was amazing. It started with Abdul, he listened to what I wanted and never tried to changed my mind or try to convince me I needed something more expensive. The sales manager Rob was kind and worked with us understanding we had a budget. Then lastly the finance department was great! Explained everything in detail.

Oil change and tire rotation was done. I explained to the service advisor that last time I had tire rotation the tire sensor light was on when I left. I told the service department at that time and they said it would go off as I drove the truck. It never did. I explained it to the service advisor he looked at my report and he said dead. batteries. I questioned him how all could be fine, driving in and all out driving out. He had a gave me a smug look and told me yes. That’s how batteries work. Very rude and demeaning.

Salesman was great but the extra $1,999 they tack on the every vehicle is a bit of a scam …. Safety and Security they call it … Vehicles are already expensive enough without dealer add ons…. Just another way to get more money from people just needed a reliable vehicle….

The service was extremely fast and all points fir me being there was stated as done. The technicians abd service writers I interacted with were extremely nice. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The only caveat is the appointment I scheduled through the Chevy app did not appear on the schedule at the service center. The service writer still got me right in even without the appointment showing in your logs and it seems that once service is completed it takes several days for this information to cross over related to the numerous reminders I received concerning service.

Everything was ok, but they left oily finger prints on the cloth canopy of my sunroof. There is black finger prints in 2 spots. Im very upset about that. I think they should have cleaned it

I would say it was a positive experience. The problem with the air conditioner was diagnosed. The part was not available and took a week to come in, so I did have to come and get my car and bring it back a week later. It was also $1600 to fix an air conditioner condenser hose line, which I thought was extremely high. All in all, the service was professional and the problem is fixed. It just would have had to have been a little bit faster and a bit better price to have recieved 5 stars.

They will tell you 1 thing and do the opposite. Oscar told me directly that they had all the parts and the work on my car could be done the same day. Then, after 5 hours, I was informed "they were given the wrong parts," so they would overnight them. I was given a ride home with the direct promise (from oscar) of a ride back. Neither thing happened! They refused to come pick me up and then failed to communicate what was happening with my vehicle unless I called them and asked. It took nearly 2 weeks to finish the work! The only reason they didnt get 1 star is because they did give me a loaner vehicle (FYI, all they have as loaners are trucks). They did also give me a (small) discount for the inconveniences.

Melissa S. is a great salesperson. She has always been super patient with my many questions, and she also understood my payment limitations. I would recommend her - and Best Chevrolet - to anyone.

My windshield wiper fluid was not topped off, it was completely empty. It makes me question what else what not done correctly because you cannot monitor the oil change while it is being performed.

Well for starters I brought my car in for air change. They knew I was waiting but instead call my husband which is not even listed on my car to tell him my car was ready. Secondly they didn't check my tires or rotate them as they said they did because my tire was low when I brought and low when I left. Im questi9ning on where my oil was changed because I get in car and it doesn't say 100% as it normally does its has 99%. It was the first time in for ever I've been dealing with yall since 2016 and this was the first time I was in and out in an hour with oil change.

this location has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. No one there cares or communicates. 3 hours for an oil change after i made it there before my appt time. only reason i got out of there in 3 hours is because i complained and demanded my vehicle. No one cared to walk 5 ft to keep me in the loop in the 3 hrs i was there..the app is useless, no texting back once i texted it questions on time constraints. I will NEVER go back to this location and will not purchase or get service on anything from this location again. Again, if anyone there cared, I'd have less issue, but they do not!!!
